By accessing or using 6XMan AI (https://6xman.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

6XMan AI provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for freight brokerages to sync email inboxes, classify carrier threads, manage loads, and send AI-assisted email replies.

Roadmap: Audio analysis (for example, AI review of broker call recordings) is planned but not available in the current release. When launched, feature access and data handling will be described in an updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Fees: Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
  • Refund Policy: All sales are final. 6XMan AI does not offer refunds for any subscriptions, whether monthly or annual.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our Property: 6XMan AI and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Robotipy and its licensors.
  • Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload and the content generated by the AI for your business use.
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the 6XMan AI platform or its source code to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use and Fair Use Policy

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. While we offer a "no usage cap" model for normal business operations, we reserve the right to limit or suspend your access if your usage significantly exceeds average user patterns or suggests automated abuse of AI and Sync APIs.

7. AI Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6XMan AI uses third-party AI models (Anthropic Claude). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

In no event shall Robotipy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of 6XMan AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://6xman.com/privacy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or via a notice on our website.
