Current product scope: The live platform today is the Email Agent (inbox sync, AI classification, and replies). Audio analysis is on the roadmap but not implemented yet — we do not collect call or audio recordings in the current release. If we launch that feature, we will update this policy before collecting audio data.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third-party services.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name and email address (typically via Supabase authentication).
  • Communications: Any information you provide when contacting support.

2.2 Information from Third-Party Services

  • Email Services (Gmail / Microsoft Outlook): If you connect your email account, we access email metadata (sender, recipient, subject, date) and email content to provide AI-driven analysis and productivity features.
  • Authentication Providers: We receive basic profile information from providers like Google or Microsoft when you sign in.

6XMan AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with 6XMan AI, such as features used and time spent.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to maintain your session and improve your experience.
  • Error Logs: We use Sentry to collect technical data about app crashes and errors to improve stability.

2.4 Planned Features (Not Yet Available)

We may add audio analysis (for example, AI review of broker call recordings) in a future release. That capability is not offered today and we do not collect audio in the current product. Before any audio feature launches, we will publish an updated privacy policy describing what is collected and how it is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To provide AI-driven email sync, classification, and reply assistance.

We use third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic's Claude) to process your email content. We do not use your personal data or email content to train these external AI models. Data is sent to these providers solely for real-time processing and analysis to provide the service to you.

  • Service Providers: With vendors who help us provide our services (e.g., Supabase, Vercel, Sentry).

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
